In 2024, we began tailoring end-to-end supply chain solutions for their export products. Through our advanced rail services, we were able to deliver over 20 containers a week from Far North Queensland to Brisbane.
Our landside logistics team then streamlined NH Foods products into export containers, ready for shipment.
Leveraging our extensive network, NH Foods achieved a 10% reduction in costs. Speed to market increased 400%, while inventory turnover dropped from eight days to two.
These new supply chain efficiencies also had an environmental impact. By eliminating 100% of NH Foods’ first-leg empty runs, they managed to reduce CO2 emissions by 50%.
